Nightmare

I don't have many but this one was haunting:

I was in health class in high school and we were talking about sex.  My teacher said "Julia, why don't you and Mitch show us how it's done."  The guy pinned me to the ground before I knew what was going on.  The whole class watched as he basically raped me multiple times, because the teacher told us to have more sex.  When school ended I told my mom what had happened and she laughed, saying she would have done that too.  I was humiliated (of course) and asked to change schools.  My mom said no because she couldn't understand why I'd want to.

Then I woke up and couldn't get it out of my head.  I tried thinking about other things, but nothing worked.

It was awful.  No matter how hard I try, I can't even come close to adequately portraying the terror, demoralization, and humiliation.
