I do not believe nor disbelieve in aliens

What if aliens are not all evil.  What if some are actually looking out for us?  From what I know, more UFO sightings are reported during hard times.  Also, aliens are claimed to have visited the earth since the beginning of time and helped early man.  Some people even say that the building blocks for humans were brought by a comet/asteroid.  It was proved by scientists that things can travel to earth on comets/asteroids.  If there are aliens looking out for us, perhaps they keep visiting to keep us on track and to make sure we aren't in danger.  From each other or other aliens.  For the believers, aliens looking out for us is a great relief for the possibility of an evil alien attack.  Oh!  I just heard this one.  That we, as humans, are extraterrestrials.  That we didn't come from this planet, and the aliens looking out for us are an older version of humans.
